Yesterday morning I travelled from Troon to Brodick for three surgeries and three meetings on Arran.

The MV Glen Sannox, having finally joined the CalMac fleet is a joy to sail on.

Quiet and smooth, it’s hard to believe one is actually on a ferry at all.

I look forward to the day when the MV Glen Sannox and its sister ship, the MV Glen Rosa both ply the Ardrossan to Brodick route.
