Kenneth took part in the debate on Financial Scam Prevention at the Scottish Parliament on Tuesday.
Kenneth spoke about protecting older people, but also highlighted the recent implementation of the Unsolicited Marketing Communications (Company Directors) Bill by the UK Government, which allows of companies who make nuisance calls to be fined up to £500,000.
The Bill, which was introduced in Westminster by local MP Patricia Gibson in 2016, was finally implemented in December 2018 after an unnecessary three-year delay.
