On Thursday I led a Members’ Debate in the Scottish Parliament explaining why it would be a positive step for Scotland’s environment and biodiversity to reintroduce an animal extinct in Scotland since 1760 but which has been successfully brought back to Austria, France, Germany and Switzerland in recent years.
