Restoring Empty & Rural Homes

In much of rural and island Scotland including Arran, derelict and empty homes litter the landscape.

I asked Housing Minister Paul McLennan MSP whether he agreed that bringing such properties back into habitation is both vital to reinvigorate communities and, in most instances, considerably less expensive than new-build housing.
