The Impact of Climate Change on Scotland's Public Services

Yesterday I chaired a Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe) breakfast seminar on how climate change could affect the SNP Government’s fiscal sustainability.

The presentation was carried out by Scottish Fiscal Commission (SFC) Chair, Professor Graeme Roy.

Professor Roy and Professor David Ulph then took questions from MSPs, researchers and parliamentary staff.
