Tories Expected to Cut Scotland's Capital Budget by 16%

On Thursday the Tories bemoaned the SNP Government’s expenditure on social housing. This despite their own government’s cuts to capital spending.

Over the next five years a further 16% cut is expected, impacting on housing, digital infrastructure, schools, maintenance etc.
